The terms and conditions as mentioned below constitute the Agreement with the visitor/user (as defined hereunder) of the website www.baidecouture.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”) and the user/visitor shall be bound to act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The user/visitor (as defined hereunder) understands and accepts that these terms and conditions may be changed/varied at any time by the Owner and the same shall be equally binding to the user/visitor.

The term “user” or “visitor” shall include but not be limited to, the person who accesses or uses the website or the resources of the website or any link from the website or a link leading to the website/ website’s resources.

Description of the services

The website is created by Baide Couture for sharing information on events and for displaying the Designs created by the Baide Couture and other information that Baide Couture may permit Baide Couture to put up on the website.

The website also offers the facility of placing a direct request to the Designers for products of the Designers on display on this website. This facility is given for the sake of persons who cannot personally visit the store of the Designers and wish to express their interest in any of the product/s on display on the website. However, this request would not bind Baide Couture or the Designers into a legally enforceable agreement. The request form is merely to enable the user/visitor to express their interest in a product. Subject to availability, the Designers may respond to such a request.

Ownership rights/use of the resources

The domain name, website and resources thereof are of sole and exclusive ownership of the designers & Baide Couture. The content on the website is of the sole ownership of the Designers protected under copyright law, trademark law, database laws and other laws for the time being in force.

Copying, reproducing, re-publishing, translating, transmitting, distributing or adapting in any form, any part or whole of the website is prohibited. The users/visitors do not have any rights in respect of the website content, except for viewing purposes.

Modifying or using the material made available on the website or any part or whole of the website, except in the manner expressly permitted by the Baide Couture herein, shall amount to a violation of this Agreement and of the proprietary rights of the Designers.

Limitation of liability

The Designers or Baide Couture shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages for loss, damage or injury of any nature that may arise to the user/visitor of the website or the resources of the website in the course of accessing/using the same or sharing information over the website.

Baide Couture  shall not be liable for any third-party websites that link to or from this website. The Designers do not endorse any such sites or products/services offered on such websites. The Designers and Baide Couture disclaim any responsibility for the products/services that may be offered on such websites.

Integrity, accuracy and security

Baide Couture takes reasonable care to maintain the accuracy of the information provided on the website. However, integrity, accuracy and security of the information given or shared over the Internet, is not guaranteed. The user/visitor understands and accepts the risks involved in transmissions over the internet and that no claim shall be made by the user/visitor in respect of the integrity, accuracy or security of content on the website or transmitted over the website.

Privacy Policy

The user/visitor shall be bound by the Privacy Policy which will govern the way in which Baide Couture will handle any information that is provided by the user/visitor.

Disclaimer

This website may contain material that some people may find offensive. Baide Couture does not intend to offend any sentiments and if anyone finds it offensive, he/she should either not view the material in question or should not visit the website.

The website may contain material that may be unsuitable for children under the age of 18. Baide Couture does not take any responsibility for people under the age of 18 viewing unsuitable material on the website.

No Waiver

The failure on part of Baide Couture to enforce any part of the terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any of the rights of Baide Couture under these terms and conditions for any action, past or future.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute over the content or use of the website shall be governed by the substantive law/s of India and the State of Gujarat and jurisdiction and venue of any such action shall be vested solely in the Courts at Ahmedabad.

The website is not intended to provide any medical information.

Cancellation Policy

After the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject/cancel an order at any point of time without stating any reason for the same.

Refunds Policy

All orders are non-refundable in any circumstances.

Returns and Exchange Policy

All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in any circumstances.

Delivery Policy

Once your pieces are ready for delivery they will be dispatched in one or two working days. Once dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking information if desired. Delivery time is normally around seven to ten days. Under rare circumstances if delivery of goods does get delayed from the shipping companies’ end and we are not liable for the same.

Duties and Taxes

While ordering goods from us you will be considered as importer and it will be your responsibility to comply with the rules, regulations and laws of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

You as the receiver/importer of goods are liable to pay duties like custom duties of your country and taxes like sales tax, v.a.t. and such other as applicable. We will not be able to advise the amount of applicable duties or taxes.
